MOMO CHILDREN'S HOME IS OFFICIAL!!!
November 18, 2025 Momo Children's Home received their
Certificate of Incorporation!!
Next step in the process is filing for the NGO status.
To do this the government is requiring that each child have a "normal" bed vs mattresses on the floor. In addition, they are requiring stable housing -
i.e. rent be paid ideally a year, but at least 3 months in advance.

OUR CORPORATE STRUCTURE
James and the Momo Team are very aware and eager to fulfill their responsibility to grow the organization and donor base. They have all it takes when it comes to caring for the children!! They have zero experience however in building an organization. Any expertise and help to train them in any of the respective areas of operation is welcome! (Contact me at MomoChildrensHome@gmail.com)
This is the structure we have laid out linking Governance (Board) to Management (Staff). Currently none of the staff is getting paid (except for their food, housing living expenses along with the children) but they are performing aspects of their respective roles, and eager to learn more.
Note ... All donations to date go toward essentials (food, rent, medicine, clothes). As the donor base grows we will focus on education / getting the kids in school (along with a computer for the staff to help relieve me of having to do the Income/Expense ledger, blog posts, etc. lol). After that, phase 3 expenses like staff salaries, etc.
