Prayers please ...

Prayers as we move closer to registering the home as an official NGO orphanage.  We've been working on drafting the Articles of Incorporation over the last few months.   Thankful to "Uncle Fer" and Pastor Eddie for helping mitigate / minimize the attorney fees, leaving "just" the government / filing fees.  If you wish to help with that we guestimate they will be approximately $250.    The benefit to registering is minimal with regards to government assistance; it's more to help James and Team add "legitimacy" when engaging with potential donors there in Uganda.    Pray for God's provision.  Pray that not only essential needs are met, but a time will come sooner then later that the workers, the Team are able to receive a salary. 

Prayers for a fiscal sponsor here in the USA.   To date, I am handling personally the donations in a personal account.   If you know of a church (or Non profit) who may be open to a discussion on what's involved please let me know.  (Basically, I would take care of everything so it wouldn't involve additional work for the staff.)   In addition, it is my prayer that this fiscal sponsor would not only allow us to open a bank account and collect/distribute donations for 10% of what's collected, but will also have a desire to interact on a relational and spiritual level.   

Prayers for 3 months of "essentials" - food, medical, rent, personal care items.   Cost of that would be approximately $6000.  (And while that is "bare essentials", yes, that is for ALL the children)

Prayers for their education. 

Prayer for their new church.   A new church plant started about a mile away.   Praise God for this spiritual covering.
