My name is Julius and my life started with much suffering. When my father died, my world became very dark. I had nowhere to go and no one to hold my hand. I remember many sleepless nights. I would lie down with a stomach so hungry it hurt. Many times, I had no food at all. I only had water to drink so I could try to sleep. I struggled every day just to stay alive. I could not go to school like other children because I had nothing. My life was full of trauma and pain, and I felt like the world had forgotten me. But even in these dark nights, God was watching me. I prayed to Him and by His grace, He changed everything. He took me out of that life of hunger and loneliness. He brought me to Momo's Children's Home and healed my spirit. He gave me a kind heart and took away the bitterness of my past. He showed me that I am His child. and that I am never alone. It was a long, hard journey, but God's love was stronger than my pain.

Fred

MCH House Parent - Boys

My name is Fred. (biological brother to James)  I want to tell you my story. When my father was alive, I was okay. But then my father died. Everything changed that day. My mother was left alone and we became very poor. After his death, I could never go back to school. I had no shoes and no books. I was a shy boy. who was very sad and afraid. My life felt very dark without a father to protect me. I prayed to God for help. I asked Jesus to show me mercy because I had no way to move forward. God heard my cry! He brought me to my new family at Momo's Children's Home. He took away my fear and gave me a new life. Now, I see that God is very, very great. Today, I work hard so the children here do not feel the pain I felt. I work in the garden to grow food so they are never hungry. I stay awake to make sure every child is sleeping well and safe. I'm in charge of caring for the boys at at Momo's Children's Home and protecting them from harm. I am happy because I can give them the safety I lost when my father died. God has been so good to me. I want to say a big thank you to my new family at Momo's Children's Home. Thank you to my mentors and guides who help me spiritually. You taught me how to follow Jesus and be a strong man. To everyone who supports us: Thank you so much. You are the hands of God. I pray that God bless you and keeps you safe. God is great! The Lord is a father is a father to the fatherless.
